after a first contact by phone or by email, we will arrange a meeting at your house to familiarise with the kitchen and the equipment. Together we will decide the menu, which can include a selection of wines and “plus” services. On this occasion we will also discuss an estimate of the expenses.

shopping
on the arranged day i do all the shopping in stores i personally know, selecting the best products for you.

staff
i will then set up the table, cook, serve the meal and do the tidyng up of the kitchen for up to a maximum of 10 guests.
In case of more than 10 people, i will work in collaboration with one or more assistants.

• n. 2 vans (8 seats each) with driver for hire.
